Payment should be by cheque, postal order, or by electronic funds transfer. We also accept payment made by PayPal, which is the quickest method of payment.  Clothes will be despatched within 7 working days of clearance of your payment.  Please note that we are unable to accept payment by credit card.
	If you buy an item from 9MonthsAndMore and it is not suitable when you try it on, you just have to return it and it will be taken back with no questions asked, as long as you do so within 10 days of our sending it out to you.

Postage and admin charges are £4 per purchase, no matter how large or small the order.  Paypal incurs an extra charge of £1 due to the charges they pass on to us.

 

We cannot offer a refund if you contact us outside the 10 day period unless the Post Office has made an error in despatching your goods.  This is because payment must be made to the vendor.

The above does not affect your statutory rights, but you will be responsible for postage charges for returning the items and for obtaining a certificate of postage, and also for payment of a postage and admin charge if you require a replacement item to be sent to you.  This applies whatever the reason for returning the items which are all sold as seen on the website.  As we sell on behalf of our vendors we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in sizing, colour etc, but are happy to offer a refund of the cost of the clothes only.

 

	Further to the previous point, please note that a refund is offered for the cost of the clothes only.  The postage and admin charges (including any charge made for Paypal) are not refundable under any circumstances.  Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
	Items are sent at the owner’s risk and 9MonthsAndMore cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit.  It is strongly recommended that a Certificate of Posting be obtained for all items sent to 9MonthsAndMore.  We also will obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items sent to you.
	All items remain the property of the vendor until sold.  We sell items on behalf of our vendors and cannot be held responsible for variances in colour, sizing or style.  We sell as seen and rely on our vendors' information to market the clothes.  You are welcome to return items to us if they are unsuitable (please note point 3 relating to postage).
	Items are fully insured whilst held at the premises of 9MonthsAndMore.
	Whilst every effort is made to keep the website as up to date as possible, it is not possible to keep it 100% up to date.  9MonthsAndMore apologises if you choose an item that is already reserved by another client and will endeavour to find you a similar item.

SELLING YOUR CLOTHES THROUGH 9MONTHSANDMORE

We must insist that items are in a good condition, in a state that you would wish to buy yourself.  However, if the clothes are in a good condition but slightly worn, please just let us know and we will alter the description accordingly.  Please could you could make sure that any clothes sent to us are cleaned, ironed and have all buttons, zips etc.  We would also ask that you provide a wire coat hanger where possible, and then we can slip them onto a rail immediately and keep the clothes in pristine condition.  We will iron them ourselves if you request it, and if the item needs it, but do not wish to damage any delicate fabrics, so would ask you to please send the items in a good condition at the outset.

Clothes are photographed and uploaded on to the website as soon as you have agreed prices and the administrative process is complete.

Clothes and accessories are kept for 3 months only and then reduced for one month if you agree, or returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT CLOTHES OR TO SUPPLY POSTAGE FUNDS TO ENABLE US TO SEND THE CLOTHES BACK TO YOU.  WE DO NOT HAVE THE SPACE TO STORE CLOTHES FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD, THEREFORE WE WILL GIVE THE CLOTHES TO A CHARITY SHOP IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR REQUESTS TO COLLECT THEM OR PROVIDE FUNDS FOR US TO SEND THEM BACK TO YOU.  OUR PRESENT CHARITY OF CHOICE IS SCOPE, AS MY DAUGHTER IS BEING TREATED FOR CEREBRAL PALSY.
